The daytime naps are still not so great, but if I had to choose between him sleeping during the day or night, I'll pick night. He'll usually go down for about 30 minutes in the morning and then maybe that much if I'm lucky in the afternoons, too. He just is not interested in sleeping during the day, which makes for a pretty cranky baby in the evening. Sometimes he'll sleep if the car ride or stroller trip is long enough. Sometimes not. You can never really bet on anything because the second you do, he'll change it. He has been sleeping good at night still thankfully. He only wakes up once, and it's glorious.
He got all his shots on Monday, too. We are pro vaccines around here! He did really good. She had me sit him on my lap and then I hugged him and held his hands. She got all the needles ready, sanitized his legs, and then poked him as quick as possible. It took about a half second after the first shot for his brain to get what was happening, and then the screaming ensued. But it was really quick and I gave him a bottle after, and he was content after that. It's hard to watch them go through that, but I really feel like it's what's best for him. The doctor also gave us a sample of soy formula to see if that would go over better with his belly than the milk formula. He sucked it down and enjoyed it, but then he didn't poop for a day. So we are really not going to give him any formula for now unless it's necessary.
